This story pulled me in, it’s an absolutely engrossing romance with mafia elements. I loved Max and Dawn, they had wonderful chemistry, you could feel it pour off the pages.
Max Davis is sent to shake down a client for the money owed to Saul, a mafia kingpin. But Max is feeling uncomfortable about roughing up an innocent woman whose loser ex forged her signature on a loan, and has split the scene. Now she’s obliged to pay off the debt. But one look at her and Max has it bad, he doesn’t want to hurt her.
Dawn Hayes had never felt lower than she ever has. When her ex boyfriend gambles all the money away, leaves her with a pile of debt, then splits town, Dawn knows her dreams of someday owning her own fashion design company is on permanent hold. She can’t believe Max wants to help her and he’s putting his life at risk. I just loved how big hearted Max was, and he never intended to fall hard for Dawn.
Their path leads them to Las Vegas, and they run into the Vegas kingpin to get his permission to hunt for the sneaky ex boyfriend. The ordeal these two go through had me glued to the pages. It was exciting and thrilling, and full of action. Dirty Debt is a must read, one of the best mafia romance I’ve enjoyed. The plot is solid, you can’t help but cheer for Max and Dawn as they nearly get killed, and the amazing resolution to the dilemma when they come up short of the money owed. Ms. Kade’s writing style is fluid with characters you can love, fun dialogue, an engaging storyline with sexy goodness, and two awesome epilogues that brought this story full circle. Great job, Ms. Kade.

Max used to be at the top of his game in the boxing ring- now he is a cleaner for Saul New York's city's biggest crime lord, he took care of all the lowlifes who didn't pay back on their loans, normally it wasn't a hard job, that is until he was given the task of shaking down money from a women Dawn, her ex-had taken a sizeable loan from Saul, used her name and split, now the only lead they had was her, Max was told to use whatever force necessary to get the money back.
Dawn is an innocent bystander in all this, she has no clue what happened to her sleazy ex, she didn't know about the money, now this man wants to hurt her, but Max cannot do it, so he brings her to Saul. Before things can get out of control, a deal is made Max and Dawn have one week to find her ex and recover Saul’s money- this will be one bumpy but sexy ride!
Oh, I liked this one! Dirty Debt IMO was the perfect mixture of darkness, humor, sex appeal and romance! I loved both these characters right from the start! For me a cover to cover read no interruptions allowed! Would recommend this one to anyone who likes edgier books with humor heart and sexiness of course!

OMG. All books take undoubtedly a great effort to write. So I hate saying this. But I really need to.
I usually really enjoy mafia stories. This one???? Man. The plot had so many holes it was ... embarrassing. I can't believe this author made so many bad choices in the H's actions. It was beyond sad. It was honestly pitiful. I can't count the times I wanted to just put this down and do tasks I hate doing. It was that tough to get through. I'm usually pretty forgiving when it comes to mafia stories. But I do need at the least 50% realism. This plot didn't come close! The holes!!!??? Are you kidding me. Soooo unbelievable! What H is gonna have some mob boss screw him royally and then just let it keep happening over and over again????? When the h's life is at stake? Really??? It just got to be too damn unforgiving.
My last book I couldn't count my bookmarks. This book?? First time EVER I had ZERO bookmarks. That says it all.

THIS BOOK WAS SO F****** GOOD THAT EVEN THOUGH I received a free copy I bought some for my friends. iT WAS WELL WRITTEN HOT HOT HOT. I read it twice it was that good. If this writer comes out with any more books I will be the first in line to buy.
I love all of Teagan's books and this one did not disappoint. I only read HEA romances, but the twists and turns within the book are what make it exciting and keep me interested!
Dawn's ex boyfriend took out a huge loan from a mafia don and signed her name on it then skipped town to let her take the fall for non payment! Max is sent after her to collect but can't see himself roughing up a women to collect! With the chance to find her ex and make him pay Dawn and Max set out on a twisted and difficult path to get the money and to save their lives! The story was very well written and full of emotion! I found myself holding my breath and couldn't put the book down until it ended! There is a great end to this story that had me looking for more books by this author!
This is a well written book that kept me engaged until I finished it. Max is an enforcer for the city's crime lord and is sent to collect a large debt from Dawn, who doesn't know her ex-boyfriend took out a loan in her name. She can't pay and Max doesn't want her to have to repay the debt in the normal way Saul expects. He gives them a week to locate the boyfriend. This book is action-packed, funny, suspenseful, and hot and sexy with twists and turns you won't see coming. Very enjoyable read that I highly recommend.
